About Us
The ALL IN: WellBeing First for Healthcare campaign was developed by #FirstRespondersFirst and The Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation as a coalition of leading healthcare organizations committed to:
1) Advancing a state where the well-being of the healthcare workforce is prioritized and individual healthcare workers feel valued and supported so they can sustain their sense of purpose and meaning in their work
2) Making beneficial progress against persistent mental health and well-being challenges that disadvantage our healthcare workers, and therefore, our healthcare systems and the future of public health.
ALL IN campaign inaugural member organizations include: The American Association of Colleges of Nursing, American College of Emergency Physicians, American Hospital Association, American Medical Association, American Nurses Foundation, the Collaborative for Healing and Renewal in Medicine, Johnson & Johnson Foundation & Center for Health Worker Innovation, Medicine Forward, National Black Nurses Association, Philippine Nurses Association of America, and the Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare.
In an effort to foster community and conversation in support of healthcare workers, we have created a hub of mental health and resiliency resources, tools for implementation, and a platform to share and engage with other perspectives and commentary from frontline healthcare workers, institutional leaders, and the public. The coalition has also launched the ALL IN Fund, which aims to provide financial resources to healthcare organizations to implement healthcare workforce well-being solutions and/or further scale promising practices.
The ALL IN campaign is poised to effect meaningful change where it is critically needed. Our healthcare workforce deserves for us to be ALL IN: WellBeing First for Healthcare.
