As part of our commitment to investing in workplace well-being solutions, ALL IN: WellBeing First for Healthcare and its founding partner, #FirstRespondersFirst, are partnering with Johnson & Johnson, Society of Nurse Scientists Innovators Entrepreneurs & Leaders (SONSIEL), and Microsoft to hold the first-ever NurseHack4Health Pitch-A-Thon: Redesigning a Healthy Work Environment Where the Workforce Can Thrive. The Pitch-A-Thon offers nurse-led interdisciplinary teams the opportunity to ideate, create and pitch solutions that problem solve for some of the chronic pain points that inhibit a healthy work environment. 10 finalists have been selected to pitch their innovative solutions live at a virtual session on October 6th at 3pm ET, where they have the opportunity to be awarded grant funding from #FirstRespondersFirst up to $250,000 to implement their idea within their health system.
